Chapter 7


Eric and Isabella entered the detention room. Eric went to the back of the room and sat down. Isabella followed him, looking around the room in disgust. The desks were written all over, water dripped from the ceiling, some of the kids nodded at Eric as if they knew him really well. Isabella sat next to Eric, "Are you in here a lot?"
"Well, I haven't been in here in awhile. Its a surprise," smiled Eric. "We wouldn't be here if you've haven't ran into the sub."
"What?!" asked Isabella surprised. "We wouldn't have three hours of detention today or next Friday if you've haven't poured water on the principle."
"I just couldn't help it, " grinned Eric.
"Well, thanks for trying to defend me," smiled Isabella. "Even though you got us in more trouble."
"Yeah, yeah. No biggie," said Eric taking out a pencil."You might want a pencil."
"Why?"
"To doodle on the desk when you get bored." The door was slammed opened and Mrs. Olsen walked in.
"Damn it," said Isabella to herself a little to loud making Eric laugh.
"What are you laughing at?" asked Mrs. Olsen angry. "All things put away! Ms. Garcia! I see that phone!" yelled Mrs. Olsen.
"What phone?" answered Isabella annoyed and confused.
"I'm keeping an eye on you," responded Mrs. Olsen.

"Ms. Garcia! I saw that!"
"What?! I didn't do anything!" responded Isabella angrily.
"Pencil away!" There was a couple of minutes of silence when a beeping noise started. Everyone turned around and looked at Isabella and Eric.
At the same time, both Eric and Isabella slammed their heads on the desks saying, "Phineas!" After a couple of seconds, the beeping stopped. Mrs. Olsen walked angrily towards Isabella,
"Ms. Garcia. Give me that phone."
"I don't got a phone."
"Oh really. Then what was that beeping sound?"
"Actually, it was my watched," lied Eric. "I had an alarm on it and forgot to turn it off. I am truely sorry."
"Oh, thats okay." replied Mrs. Olsen. "Remember to turn it off now then." She than looked down at Isabella, "You better not have that phone out again."
"I never had a phone out!" responded Isabella. "I'm not allowed to have one yet!"


"Detention's over," announced Mrs. Olsen.
"Finally," said Isabella as everyone rushed out of the room.
"Boy, does Mrs. Olsen hate you," replied Eric.
"I wonder why?" responded Isabella sarcastically. "Yeah, and now she thinks you're a sweatheart."
"But of course I am," grinned Eric.
Isabella stuck out her tongue at him.
"One more week till Spring break," said Eric excited.
"It doesn't feel like spring. Its still snowing."
"Get used to it. It might not stop till April."
"Oh, hey, dad's here," pointed Isabella. Eric stared at Isabella surprised. "What?" she asked confused.
"You called him Dad."
"I did?"
Eric nodded still shocked.
"Hey, you've called my mother my mother, mom too."
"Yeah whatever. Let's go."
As soon as they got in the car, Eric said, "Isabella called you Dad."
"Oh really?" responded Don happily. Isabella elowed Eric in the stomack, "Why'd you tell him?"
Eric leaned down in pain, groaning. "Why'd you hit me?"
"Why'd you tell him?"
"I'm glad to see you two getting along," said Don sarcastically.
"You shouldn't have told him," said Isabella angrily ignoring Don. Eric continued to groan in pain.

"Hey, mom," said Isabella as her mom passed by her room. "Remember that Eric and I have detention tomorrow again."
"Oh, I forgot about that," said her mom as she walked downstairs. Isabella looked around her room looking for something to do. She grabbed a pencil and paper and tried to write a poem or something. Nothing came to mind. Isabella tapped her pencil on the desk thinking, she looked at her window and saw that the stars were out. She opened and climbed out. She sat down on the roof enjoying the view. Her bracelett started beeping and Isabella answered it smiling,"Hey Phineas."
"Hey Izzy."
"Whatcha doin'?" asked Isabella. She looked at what was behind him. "Are you in a car?"
"Uumm, yeah." In the background you could hear someone snoring.
"Is that Ferb snoring?"
Phineas started scratching the back of his neck, "He's really tired that on the way to Candace's he fell asleep."
"Oh really, he's that tired."
"Oh, yeah, um I gotta go now."
"Oh okay."
"Bye." Isabella closed the heart and looked up. She heard some noise and turned around to look. Eric's head popped up as he climbed up.
"I was looking for you all over the house," said Eric.
"No you didn't. You just went to my room and saw that the window was opened," answered Isabella rolling her eyes.
"And I also heard you talking," grinned Eric. "So whatcha doing?"
"Nothing, I couldn't find anything to do."
"I got an idea," smiled Eric.
"What?"
"Lets play Call of Duty."


"I died again!" yelled Isabella mad.
"You have to be more careful," replied Eric. "Yes! Headshot!"
"Why did we have to play live?" asked Isabella. "I'm not good at this."
"Okay, then we can play against each other."
"Who's shooting me!?"
"Its an aircraft," said Eric as he left the game. "Okay, I put it the easiest settings on."
"Oh, okay," answered Isabella. "How do throw a granade?"
"This button," said Eric showing her his control. He pressed it and all the sudden Isabella's avatar died.
"What happened?"
"I don't got granades," he grinned. "I have a throwing knife. I aimed it at you and threw it."
"I don't like this game!" A couple seconds of silence passed by before any of them said something.
"Eric! Stop killing me!"
